Meatloaf and Potatoes

So this evening for dinner Kathy made meatloaf and potatoes.

Meatloaf, Meatloaf, Meatloaf, Yea, Yea, Yea, I hear you say. Who
hasn't had meatloaf before right?

WRONG

Actually to call this dish meatloaf and potatoes is not in all honesty fair.

What this was was individual meatloaf 's that were seasoned and baked to perfection, served with home made scalloped potatoes.

I had to have a second helping, followed by a third. I could of easilly continued except for the fact my jeans were cutting into me and telling me it was time to stop!

To say that Kathy knows meatloaf and potatoes is an understatement. Kathy IS meatloaf and potatoes!
